Smart Repair Training & Accreditation

Whilst no specific previous experience is necessary to become a Revive! franchisee we know that to grow a sound and profitable business the learning curve needs to be fairly steep! Good training is therefore fundamental to our franchise owners’ success.

The Revive! Management team are passionate about standards in the Smart repair Industry and formed part of the steering group who developed a national ‘Cosmetic Repair Accreditation’.
Revive! are currently the only Smart Repair organisation endorsed by both the IMI Awards and the IMI (Institute of Motor Industry) under their ATA accreditation scheme.

All new Revive! franchisees are trained on a 4 week residential programme in our IMI approved Training Academy.  In week 5, you will be working out of your own Revive! van, supported by one of our Technical Trainers.

To build a successful business however, more than just technical ‘hands on’ skills are needed.
The training provided both initially and on-going, covers all aspects of what is required to grow a stable, durable and profitable operation.

Training to Perform Repairs to Professional Standards

You will be guided gently through the more complex technical aspects of the business at your own pace.

We restrict the number of training places available on each course so that you will be given dedicated ‘one to one’ time from your trainer. Revive!‘s training programme will give you the skills to become an expert technician.

Your Business Launch & Ongoing Support

We believe that a successful business launch is a key ingredient in getting your business off to a flying start and then giving you the confidence to go out and find more customers. After your initial training is complete we will provide you with dedicated ‘hands on’ support in your local area for one week. This additional local support will help you approach new customers and guide you through the sales processes you have practiced during your training. Your business launch will include:

Inclusion in our fleet programme

From the day of your launch you will be included in our fleet programme and leads from these key customers within your area will be passed to you.

Local dealership launch

Whilst you are completing your training our telesales staff will have been working behind the scenes to book appointments for your launch week. You can then meet those appointments with your launch adviser to begin to build your dealer customer base.

Personalised website

With more and more people turning to the internet to locate product suppliers we know how important it is that you compete in this market. Within the main Revive! website you will have your own local landing page, with a dedicated ‘smart’ number to help track the retail opportunities which will come directly to you through postcode allocation. we will include your ‘mini site’ of three pages which you can personalise to include Customer testimonials will be automatically added as they come in and you have the opportunity to have a personalised video added at no cost to you. and any details of local promotions you may be running.

Online marketing click campaign

We will pay for a local online marketing campaign for a 3 month period in order to generate work from customers local to you. Once you have 3 months data from this campaign you can decide how you would like to continue as part of your own business.

Supermarket promotion

As part of your business launch we will book and meet the cost of your first supermarket promotion as well as providing you with marketing materials and ideas for a high profile event in your area.

Ongoing support

You can rest assured that with Revive! your support will not stop after launch! Our award winning support team will always be on hand to help you with each stage of your business including:-

• Credit control
