On Friday 4th October, the marketing team at Revive! were delighted to be chosen as the winner of the Best Online Marketing Campaign award at the annual Franchise Marketing Awards.
Held at the prestigious National Franchise Exhibition at the NEC, the Franchise Marketing Awards recognise innovative marketing campaigns and effective marketing support offered by franchisors to their franchisees.
Revive! entered the award based on the strength of using local reviews from Trustpilot in all aspects of online marketing to create a joined up, customer focused campaign. With almost 5,000 reviews and a 5* rating, outstanding customer service is at the heart of what Revive! do.
The Franchise Marketing Awards are judged by an independent panel of experts including Pip Wilkins (Chief Executive, British Franchise Association), Jane Masih (Manging Director, Owen White Solicitors) Donna King (Franchise Director, HSBC) and Adam Shoefield (Director, Smithfield Agency).
The award was collected by Elliott Clarkson and Sarah Pritchard from the marketing team at Revive! and they were over the moon to be recognised in such a competitive field.
